Hi Alex,
I am interested to buy your SDK license, for that I working to check it out. Your unity plugin examples, when export that from unity to android, AR camera not opened, it only shows blue display(like unity camera) on Google nexus 9 Android phone. what I have to do?

I tried all the suggestions that you've mentioned in this forum, but none of them seem to work. After changing the Open GL ES version to 2.0 and changing the bundle identifier to the one mentioned in android manifest xml file, the output screen on the device changed to white instead of the default blue but still there is no camera rendering or tracking.

Please help me.

Sorry for my bad english.

Hi, please can you share your Unity project using a file sharing service? We will have a look at it in order to understande where the problem is.

Hi,
we have tried your project but on our end it works fine. We tried it on Unity 5.1.2f1, exported a project and built using AndroidStudio. The actual device we tried it on is a Nexus 5 with Android 5.1.1

Can you tell us the Android version installed on your device?

Also be sure not only to select OpenGLES 2 but also to remove any other graphics API listed there.

Thanks a lot for your help. I am using Unity 5.0.2f1 and Google Nexus 9 Android version is 5.0

Can you tell me how to delete other graphics API listed in unity?

Hi Prabha,
in the very same setting panel where you choose to add OpenGLES2 APIs, you have to select the API you want to remove and then click the - sign just below the APIs list. Basically OpenGLES2 should be the only entry in that list.

Hope this helps.

Hi,
what do you mean when you say that you could not delete OpenGLES APIs entry in Unity 5? You did not find the list? Or Unity did not allow to remove the entries?

Regarding Lollypop, what happens exactly?

Alex,

I mean I don't know how to remove OpenGL ES 3.0 from Unity. I tried removing it by trying to uninstall it, but there was no such option. Right now, it is showing 3 options under Graphics Level: Automatic, OpenGL 2.0 and OpenGL 3.0. Is there an option to remove one of these in Unity itself, if so how?

The examples work in KitKat with Unity 4.6. Same doesn't work when run on a device with Lollipop. It's just showing a white screen.

Thanks,
Prabha.

Exactly where you see those 3 option, right below the list there must be little button with a "-" (minus) sign as label, pick the item you want to remove from the above list and click that button. Only OpenGLES 2 must appear in that list.

Hope this helps.

Please refer to the following links showing the graphics options in my version of Unity:

There is no option to remove either v2.0 or v3.0 of OpenGL, just select it. Is the option to remove present somewhere else?
